Pre-Order Shipping PolicyIf a pre-order item is purchased together with regular, in-stock items in the same order, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is released and available.To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items. Pre-order items for in-store pickup will be ready based on the pre-order timeline.

• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 48 hours if placed before 12 PM PST on business days.
• High order volumes may delay processing.
• UPS/FedEx/USPS shipments are trackable.
• Signature may be required for delivery.
• We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect address or absence at delivery.
If a returned package is the customer’s fault, reshipping fees and a 20% restocking fee will apply if a refund is requested instead.
➔ In case of returning non-defected product, restocking and shipping/handling fee will be deducted from total amount.

Please note that We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes. We only accept physical address.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Pre-orders will start shipping and be ready for pickup 2-3 business days after the shipment is received at our warehouse which is typically 2-3 business days after the expected release date (subject to delays).
Please note that orders containing pre-order items along with other items will be held altogether until the pre-order item is available for shipment.
