Please read these policies carefully before placing your order.
Reporting Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
To ensure protection for both customers and our store, we highly recommend recording a complete unboxing video(from unopened package to fully unpacked contents) upon receiving your order.
This video is required to process any claim involving damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect shipments.
We take great care in packaging and inspecting all orders prior to shipment. If an issue arises, we offer a full refund or exchange, provided appropriate proof is submitted.
Important Notes:

The video is used for quality control and must clearly show each item unopened and unaltered.

Videos that are incomplete or unclear may result in denial of claims.

We are not responsible for manufacturer-related defects unless acknowledged by the manufacturer.
How to Properly Film an Unboxing Video

Record all six sides of the unopened shipping box.

Unbox items one at a time, showing each item in its sealed state.

Clearly capture all angles of each product before opening.

Film the entire opening process from start to finish.

Repeat this process for each item in your order.
Return Policy
General Returns

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Refunds apply to product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the return is not our fault (e.g., incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or buyer’s mistake), a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days of receiving your return.

Returns are accepted by mail only — do not bring returns to our physical store.
LP (Vinyl Record) Policy
Vinyl records are non-returnable under any condition.
This is due to the sensitivity of the medium and environmental factors.
Exceptions:

If transit damage occurs, you must report the issue within 48 hours with clear photos.

Only severe, verifiable damage qualifies for replacement.

LPs must remain sealed and unopened for any consideration.

Opened or played records cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Minor cosmetic flaws or sound imperfections do not qualify as defects.
Apparel & Fabric Items
They are non-returnable under any condition.
Light Stick Return Policy
All light sticks are tested for functionality before shipping.
They are non-refundable, but may be exchanged within 10 days if:

The item is damaged in transit or malfunctions upon arrival.

It remains in original condition, with all components included, and no signs of use.

Counterfeit or non-FandomK items will be returned to the sender at their expense.
All returns must be mailed — no in-store returns accepted.
Outer Box Condition
The outer box is for protective purposes only.
Minor dents, scratches, or bends may occur during transit and do not qualify as defects.

Special Orders & Backorders
Special/backordered items are typically restocked within 4~12 weeks.
You will receive an update via email within 30 days of your request.
Cancellation Policy

All canceled orders (including pre-orders) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Pre-order cancellations also incur a 15% processing fee.

A 48-hour grace period applies — cancellations made within 48 hours of purchase will not incur fees.

Orders already fulfilled or shipped cannot be canceled.
Order Changes
Due to our fast processing system, we may not be able to accommodate changes to shipping methods, addresses, or items after the order is processed.
If a change is needed, please email us immediately — we’ll do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee modifications once a shipping label has been created.
Communication Policy

Email is our primary channel for all order-related inquiries.

While we aim to respond promptly, emails are not monitored 24/7.

Messages sent over the weekend will be addressed the following Monday.
Credit Card Security
Your information is protected by Shopify adhering to be Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
We do not release credit card or personal data to any third parties.
In-Store Pickup Policy

Pickup orders must be claimed within 7 days of readiness.

Bring a valid photo ID and your confirmation email.

If someone else is picking up, provide their name and ensure they bring ID.

Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled and subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping & Handling
• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 48 hours if placed before 12 PM PST on business days.
• High order volumes may delay processing.
• UPS/USPS shipments are trackable.
• Signature may be required for delivery.
• We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect address or absence at delivery.
If a returned package is the customer’s fault, reshipping fees and a 20% restocking fee will apply if a refund is requested instead.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy
If a pre-order item is purchased together with regular, in-stock items in the same order, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is released and available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
